I got up this morning and my remote wouldn’t work. I have three remotes, so I grabbed another. Popped in fresh batteries and viola!…nothing. I followed all instructions. I unplugged everything! I did an online reboot of everything. Didn’t work. Second problem arose. I then did another full reboot. Again! Nothing. Finally got it on the third try but it came back still with no remote abilities. I went to YouTube and after three more fails, I found you! Thank you so much!!! Everything is back. My remote is working great. I am so grateful. I woke up at 5:30am and after finding you is was 9:15am! I would have had to call Spectrum and spend three more hours…

Thanks bro. I was a contractor technician for time Warner and then spectrum. I always had to put codes on from paper to tv model.The new remotes and new box i could find code. Then i found your video and i got both problems fixed.

Thank you so much for posting this video. We called spectrum because the brand new remote we just picked up from them did not work right. It was so frustrating. We called their tech support and they kept telling us how to program it for our TV. My husband was so annoyed with them. I did a little searching, and found your video and in a short time our remote was working.

Omg this worked!! THANK YOU!! I woke up the other day after falling asleep with the remote and it stopped working. I tried restarting everything, new batteries, Spectrum's website help etc, nothing was working. I thought either the box or remote was dead. But i was able to program my TV so i knew it wasnt the signal. The lights on the remote were also still working. Why doesnt Spectrum have this on their manual? I bet i messed it up sleeping on the buttons. Thank you so much!
