It’s frustrating, being a PT myself, there’s literally no one in my area who knows more than I do. So many people become trainers in a month long course. My original trainer, who I worked with for 10 yrs lives far away. He was a master at it and taught me so well. No ego. Just realistic.

Do you think it's possible to do a recomp (high protein+weights+calorie maintenance) if ive been a gym goer for 2 years, but not super consistently (used to go like once a week) I mean, since Jan thisbyear ive been super consistent and just wondering if i could recomp if i maintein that lifestyle, which im very ready for now.
