All these programs need to be revamped but people will have a fit because people love to think they are getting something for nothing or entitled. Personally the government needs to be out of anything in order for it to work as intended.

Walmart requires you to have a credit card, if you use ebt and spendables card! They will take most from spendables card and less from ebt and your credit card is added to the cost!! I am a Walmart+ and I am going to cancel it !!
