I've never had "bags" per se, but I have had dark rings under my eyes my whole life. Makes me look kind of sickly in certain lighting conditions.

Taking Excedrin before you go to sleep reduces eye bagginess in the mornings, not recommended if you are pregnant or sensitive to caffeine. Caffeine and Aspirin are ingredients and have unique ways to reduce swelling, also it'll help you sleep better if you have a headache and is more effective at managing pain that time of the month than Midol (Midol Complete specifically is comparable though not as effective at treating eye bags) - though it should be noted if you have issues clotting or have a low Vitamin(s) K in your diet you should consult your physician if you have a small cut or puncture wound that won't stop bleeding (and of course for any more serious injuries that should probably be treated by a medical professional anyhow)

My home remedy: Just get more sleep. I used to have bags under my eyes that I covered with concealer when I was 17 or 18. Now I'm mid-thirties and don't party as much and hardly get them anymore - but when I do, I look like I'm 50.
My smarty pants advice: According to Traditional Chinese Medicine, bags under your eyes are a symptom of low water energy. Which can be due to kidney problems (fluid retention), lack of sleep or too much "fire energy" (stress, social interaction, or coffee, or alcohol). So the sophisticated TCM remedy is: Stay home, get some alone time and get some sleep :-)

I have bags under my eyes, I'm 14 they appeared a few months back thought it was because I don't get much sleep.

I've heard or read that bags under the eyes can be an indication of kidney trouble. I don't recall the details but it may have something to do with the body being unable to remove fluid. I used to work with someone who was maybe 50 and he had eye bags like I've never seen. I've wondered if he had a kidney ailment for the bags to be that bad.

I'm 13 and have dark bags under my eyes so I dont think its age in my case

My son has a rickets. When iron is at the lowest he gets dark bags.

I've had bags all my life.  They have gotten larger (?worse) and I would love to find something to smooth them out.  Have tried things all my life but nothing really works.  Don't want to go under the knife...  so I guess I live with them.

I want to have bags because of the intimidation factor. Also I think that they are meant for that to keep away predators during sleep (correct me if I'm wrong)
