Today we are discussing every OWCA agent we know of from Phineas and Ferb! Let’s learn about every agent from Perry the Platypus to Peter the Panda to Pinky the Chihuahua and Planty the Potted Plant! While there are other spy organizations like SHIELD, the British Spy Union, and the Canadian Organization Without A Cool Acronym, OWCA, or the Organization Without A Cool Acronym, is the special agency we are going to break down today because of their focus on using animal agents! Major Monogram may be a noble leader, but it’s his agents who are on the ground keeping the Tri-State Area safe!

Milo Murphy's Law introduced an agent from the German division: a german shepherd codenamed Agent G. He appears in "Agee Ientee Diogee" (a mostly flashback episode), in which Agent G was assigned to fight Doofenshmirtz during Perry's vacation, but due to interference from Dr. Not Sorry (a Canadian evil scientist - ACTUAL Canadian, unlike Professor Bannister), Agent G failed to show up, and Diogee, Milo's pet dog, shows up by accident instead (mistaken for Agent G by Monogram).
