Norm is S Tier. After his introductory episode he's essentially Doof's Butler. He cooks, cleans, tidies, and does anything asked of him. Who wouldn't want one of those?

But more importantly, the one time Doof left him to his own devices, Norm turned himself into a weapon that puts the terminator to shame, and was the closest to taking over the Tristate Area compared to all of Doofs other schemes. He actually defeated Perry, and would have defeated him again even with the Nanobots, were he not powered by a Squirrel. Just give him a regular battery and he'd take over the world for you.

Correction for the Slaveinator: If I remember right, he actually had a keyboard he could use to type out whatever commands he wanted, and it just happened to have a few birthday-related shortcuts like cleaning up messes. That alone should've put it in S tier.

Somebody clearly did NOT watch the Doof Zombie episode. It canonically makes every single human outside of Danville into a zombie, and there is almost no chance of it being fully eradicated. Ever. If there’s a drought, you’re just cooked. S Tier, easily.

28:37 i know that I'm a bit biased since I've been reading a book about a war against creatures that can make you lose your memory, but that inator can be powerful if used right. Make people forget that they're fighting you, make emergency services forget how to do their jobs, make soldiers forget who's in charge, and even make people forget they ever saw you when you're sneaking around, etc etc. Instant A-tier
