Luke went to his girlfriend’s family dinner with the intention to propose. Surrounded by her parents, he stood on one knee and opened the ring box. Yet, instead of an engagement jewel, there was a tiny note. Luke explained that he didn’t yet have the money for the ring of Candy’s dreams. But she didn’t care. And as she was about to say yes, her father intervened. 

He didn’t want his precious daughter to marry a poor guy. And after a talk with her dad, Candy agreed with him.

The moral of the story is that if you are in love and support each other, anything is possible. In the mean time, you will be with the person you love. It is clear that the father loves his daughter and wants only the best for her and his grandchildren, but it is clear that he has forgotten about all the struggles he has gone through to get to where he is at in life. This was great writing and Filip Walcerz really brought this character to life. From his strong character all roles and performances flowed from there. This is a great video.
