No hate to the bro, curling 60kg is impressive in itself. And the "I would beat you in a fight" argument to a non fighter is just as dumb as "I am stronger than you" to a non lifter. I'm just saying mfs have different goals. Que tenga un lindo día.

Being a fighter is a lot more difficult than you sitting in the gym and curling some weight, they are putting their ego, health, and even life on the line

I'm 1, 80m (5'11) x 60kg. I am a decent middle distance athlete. If I used the same reasoning that the guy in the video uses, judging from his physique, I can confidently say that I would absolutely embarrass him in any kind of run. But this doesn't make me better than him: everyone has different goals, whether it be running, lifting, fighting, swimming etc...

"No hate to the bro"
Bro didn't get enough hate in his life to understand respect.

It's always the gym rats. Extreme insecurity apparently doesn't go away once you start lifting, for some of these people.

Use your body towards your goals. Weighing more can be a hindrance or a requirement depending on what you want to do. 60kg is a crazy curling weight though 💪

A pro fighter at 60kg would murder this dude, going to the gym does not mean you know how to fight

I'm at 60kg rn and I'm really proud of that because i actually weighted 50 kg just a year ago! And btw, I'm pretty tall but i was skinny as hell! Going to the gym was one of the best decisions I've ever made in my life!

None of those fighters actually weigh under 60kg in their daily life, they cut weight to that number for a very brief period of time for weigh ins using many methods and then balloon back up for the fight. They walk around 10-20kg heavier than what they are weighing in at, in some cases even more

I am 5'4 guy and i am like 55 kgs and for my height 55 kg is a very good weight I look fit but most importantly I feel fit. People do sometimes make fun of my height but I have learned to ignore them and focus on the positive people and great things life has to offer

Tbh i notice that people, particularly weightlifters, tend to belittle others like this because the second they leave the gym or training ground or wherever they practice their craft, they fall short in literally every other aspect of life. Ask them to iron a shirt, or make their bed, or cook a meal other than chicken broccoli and rice, and they'll completely fail. This mindset is always very telling of what sort of person they are, so just laugh and move on.

I know you say "no hate", but sometimes they'd really deserve it. Those are the people who are making the gym and fitness culture harder to get in and feel unwelcoming for the rest.

Could've put Jonas Vingegaard, he won the Tour de France last month and he weighs exactly 60kg, his power to weight ratio is insane, which is exactly what determines success in pro cycling

Making fun of these lil dudes while they make a good amount of money is crazy. If anything being a bodybuilder is one of the most useless things ever besides maybe tiktok.

i lift and train mma, im much more efficient at 160lbs than i am at 190lbs and sheer size is mostly for aesthetics i wish the big guys would stop thinking theyre tough because they can lift a certain amount, the majority of them wouldnt know what to do with an average sized guy once they got ahold of them

Back when I was in college there was this guy who went to the same gym as I did back then. He was 20 I think, 5'8 and roughly 135lbs. He didn't have big muscles although he had a very good athletic built and damn he was strong as hell for his size. When I saw him bench 245lbs i could not believe it. His deadlift was 330lbs. He also had just gotten his 2nd degree black belt in taekwondo.

Some men are just short. Weight is an advantage when it comes to indiscriminate combat ("open weight") but some men dont have the height to weight 85-100kg. Also men, especially shortmen have it hard enough, so we should stop shaming each other for stuff we can't even control.

Are you telling me grown men misspell "you're"? Dude needs to put down the weights and pick up some books.
