📜 Ingredients for 1.5 kg (3.3 lbs):
Dough:
600g (1.32 lb) all-purpose flour
250ml (8.5 fl oz) water
130g (4.6 oz) butter
12g (0.4 oz) sugar
10g (0.3 oz) salt
15ml (0.5 fl oz) lemon juice

Butter/flour mixture:
150g (5.3 oz) flour
670g (1.47 lb) butter

Whisk together all ingredients for the butter/flour mixture. Knead into a 20x20cm (7.8 x 7.8 inches) square, wrap in a plastic sheet and put in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
