I kept this pretty simple with the toppings but of course, you can add whatever you like, this is supposed to be a use-up what you have in the fridge type of dish.

I do this regularly with white flour tortillas. 5 minutes prep, 5 minutes on medium high in the toaster oven...and you have the same thing

That looks good! I never thought of using puff pastry for pizza. I usually buy a dough mix and make thin crust pizza. I may have to try that.

I’ve been making pizza puffs since the late 90s… my kids loved to make these growing up, could add their own toppings. Also easy to make when having a beer!!!
