Monoclonal antibodies are a theoretically elegant solution; so glad to see significant progress here! Thank you for yet another clear, informative presentation, Dr S; as always, hope for a weary world!

Thank you! I miss your more regular updates. This is one of the few places I can count on for non political, science based treatments, research and updates about COVID.

Glad to have you back Dr. Seheult! There were several clinical trial on Ivermectin that would have been completed at around this time. How quickly can we possibly expect the results to be released? Thank you for your excellent work!

Monoclonal antibody drugs have been used for cancer, AIDS as well as migraine patients. The FDA approved three monoclonal antibody drugs for migraine patients in 2019. This is a very positive & informative video. This doctor has my vote for doctor of the year. Thank you very much for the hard work you do to keep practitioners up to date on the ongoing epidemic we have been faced with. Take care and please stay healthy and safe.

Hi, happy that you are back ! Up here in Canada health ministers still do not want to approve home antigen testing and covid cases are on the rise, doubling every 8 days or so our nightmare is starting re a "2nd wave" and still they will not approve a home antigen test . The only province in Canada that I consider progressive is British Columbia and I wish I lived there instead of here in Alberta ! Stay well, hugs and thank you for yet more exciting news about monoclonal antibodies for Covid-19 possible treatment and prevention.

Thanks for clarifying the Lilly treatment. I watched another video and they just mentioned the 1.7% vs 6%...I like you added NNT of 23, and the head scratcher of the middle dose working best. The other video mentioned those things, but I didn't absorb the wisdom until you covered it. We'll see if the next (larger) trial clarifies things, because this doesn't sit well with me.

I wasn’t blown away when I saw Lily’s data. The lack of dose response and not showing statistical significance was a bit concerning to me. Hope that Regeneron’s data from their antibody cocktail looks better.

Hi Dr. Seheult, can you give a lecture on the topic "placenta previa" and how to treat such complications? Thanks.

Small point: Therapeutic MAb will bind a single particle with specificity for two sites on one virion, not a single site on each of two virions, as your cartoon depicts. Unless both sites are accessible, binding is defective or does not occur.

Why aren't we using/offering people these? No one I know has even had this option brought to their attention.
