If the Constitution gives states the right to gerrymander and pick their own voters then it needs to be amended. No states should have the right to scam the voters or not allow the people's voice to be heard. There are several red states that are fighting to have the right to deny the people's choice and just pick their parties candidate instead and that is not democracy

If you want to get technical, the federal government was never meant to have any power over states elections whatsoever. But we've strayed so far away from the constitutions original intent that it may as well not even exist anymore.

Im a trump conservative but I disagree with Moore here. I actually agree that a court and governor should be REQUIRED to overview them. Both parties abuse gerymandering. This isnt a democrat issue or a republican issue. This is a uniparty issue. Both parties want to use gerrymandering. The prople dont. I think a left wing and right wing person would agree here. But, Imopen for disagreement or discussion.
