I thought Dark Sonic was going to appear due to the anger. Of course, it wasn't going to, but there was a part of me that was thinking it. Seeing Dark Sonic again in an official product would be incredible.

Think about it: Sonic has always been shown between 12 and 15. And assuming the kid (not baby) Sonic we saw in 2020 was 12, that would mean SCU Sonic is now 16. This is the perfect opportunity to show him in a new light, and advance his character!
