Many people enjoy the "freedom of speech" amendment of modern day society. While this serves multiple purposes in laws of the land, it becomes problematic when a person thinks they can utilize this in Judaism.

Rav Elchonon Wasserman's War of Amalek addresses this freedom of speech as it applies and affects the Charidy Orthodox Jewish community around the world, and lets us know just how much freedom we have, if at all. Learn, Share, Enjoy and Be Holy.

Is it bad if someone goes to a jeweler and wants to get a gold ring and wants to put hebrew letters is it bad or good or is not a thing?

Rav, unfortunately I cannot control my thoughts. They blasmphe and curse G-d, I tried to stop them but they wouldn't. Would HaShem punish me for the sins that I cannot even control? Because they just talk out of nowhere, very suddenly, and I cannot control them, I tried to shake my head violently and to talk to myself to make ot quiet, sometimes it wouldn't work. Will HaShem understand this?

Nothing is "free" about your speech. It will be very costly in the next world, maybe even here as well.
