Hard to imagine that this man came from the same small city in North Wales as myself. I would have been in school in the late 80s when he was there; doubtless we'd have passed each other in the high street, at that time completely unaware that he'd help change the essence of DJing, and that, thirty five years later, I'd still be listening to him.

I was there. It was a truly special few hours, the crowd were so up for it, you could tell that it was an emotional time for everyone after 18 months of hell. It was a really fantastic, hedonistic, happy vibe. World's best office party.

This was such a killer set. I always forget how objectively beautiful Sasha’s musical taste is. We could shop from the same crate and I still wouldn’t see the gems he plays the same way…until he plays them. Hot damn, the man is a legend.
