He explains and shows you much better, than any professor I have ever had. Seems to know exactly what to show up close and explain at that moment. Well done. Subbed to learn a lot more.

Just bought my own house and needed a 240 20amp outlet for my sauna. This video is the best instruction how to wire up what I needed.

Hey man.
I just installed 2 240 volt outlets in my wood shop.
Watched lots of vids on the topic, and yours was the best.
I’m one of those guys, that if I can see it done, I can do it.
The small details that you show instead of telling about is the key.👍✌️

I did a lot of wiring in Viet Nam in 1968, I wish I had you as my instructor back then, very easy to follow and understand. I am in the process of wiring my man cave (12 X 28) shed and using your videos as refreshers which will have 2 240 volt outlets. I want to thank you for being so generous sharing your knowledge and great explanation of the process. This is the MOST deserved sub on YouTube, I would subscribe a 1000 times if I could, you are by far the best instructor on YouTube. Many, Many Thanks

Now that’s what I was searching for. A simple explanation of how to install a 220 outlet. (Even though it’s 240😂)
Great teaching vid 🤛🏼

Very nice demo. Thanks!! I did this stuff as a young apprentice around 60 years ago. The skills you display in your video show me that the basic concepts remain unchanged. I need to install a 240v line in my basement so this is quite timely and I'll have to thank my buddy who sent me the link. Thanks again for the refresher, and also for your new tips, like leaving loops of wire in case breakers need to be moved. Great idea.

Lots of other YouTubers could learn a ton from you in terms how best to explain this sorta stuff. You did an excellent job. Very clear and right to the point. Thank you. I looked through many other videos. Yours was the only one that made me comfortable/confident.

Great video that helped me a lot. I am wiring a window unit that requires 220 volts and was unsure what breaker I needed in order to successfully complete the task. Watching this video helped me understand. Thank you

I really appreciate that you show and explain the alternating buss bar.
My head always was confused how two connections on the same side magically doubled the now I see double breaker is actually grabbing both legs.
Thank you

Hey thanks i am seeing this more clearly now.
I need this exact outlet addition for a possible future small welder.
I am retired machinist, which electrical hook ups were not my repertoire. But this example you did is good. Thanks.

Great idea clamping the Romex to the connector first before attaching the connector the service panel. I've always put the Romex connector on the panel first and always was nervous when coming in from the top about the nut dropping. With the wire already going through, the nut will stay around the leads. I just subscribed due to your great way of explaining things.

I am fixing to install in my garage a 50 amp 220 3 prong plug with 6/2 nm-b wire using a metal box the same as you just did. This video is the only one I've seen after many searches showing this particular install and how the metal box is grounded.
