My son was stillborn in 2020 and we started trying to conceive in 2021, when we finally got a positive - it’s like holding your breath for the whole time. I was so anxious and my OBGYN(who also lost their son the same way) had me talk to a counselor throughout the pregnancy. If you need anyone to talk to, I’m here. A couple of weeks after you posted that you lost your baby boy, I lost my twins at 9 weeks pregnant. Myself and my husband are just about to start our first cycle of trying again and I have similar feelings to you. I’ve definitely gotten a false positive with first response! My husband saw it too, we were super nervous at first but we were super excited for our first baby together. I was devastated when my period came and I didn’t understand what happened either. One day our babies will come to us. 💕

I really wish more people would talk about pregnancy after loss PTSD I was so miserable for over half my pregnancy with my son because we had a miscarriage before him and my anxiety was just through the roof. I couldn’t sleep or eat I was scared to move because I felt I did something.

Sometimes when you let your pregnancy test sit for too long it can cause an evaporation line!

The feeling of seeing a negative pregnancy test when you for sure thought you were pregnant is hard . Every month i swear i have pregnancy symptoms and then when my period comes i be sooo devastated. After losing my daughter at 19 weeks pregnant last November i suffer from PTSD. But i know i want my rainbow baby … it’s been 6 months and I’m still trying to remain positive . We love you Sarai, try not to think about trying to conceive too much while trying to conceive if that makes sense? I watched another YouTube couple go through a pregnancy loss and they both mentally drained themselves by thinking about it too much when trying to conceive. Just try to be in the moment and not focus on trying for a baby, it'll happen when it's meant to happen. Love you guys so much and hope baby number 2 will come to you guys soon🤍

They say your babies soul finds their way back to you in your next pregnancy. I believe it. My daughter after my 5th loss, it just seemed too right. The personality she has. Everything about her just seems like she was a baby that was determined to make her way back to me. My son, who lost his twin in the womb, this boy is literally living for his brother and him self. The different sides we see daily, I truly believe it’s my baby b living through his brother everyday. He eats like he’s eating for two, he has enough energy like I’ve never seen. I could go on for days but I already sound crazy but I can’t be unconvinced 🤣

I know it’s way easier said than done, but try not to put too much pressure on yourself with trying to get pregnant. Just try to let things happen naturally. That’s what helped me. It will all happen just how it should in time ❤️
