I love the peanut, I carry a synthetic orange peanut everyday. I love the way Case does their tang stamps. You can tell the pattern, scale material, blade count and year all within the stamp.

I have a Case set from the 70s which comes in a leather pouch. 2 knives and one has a damascus blade. Absolutely lovely.

I'm sorry, did you say that the spey blade on the trapper is for skinning and precise tasks, but the spey blade on the stockman is for speying?

You should also point out the number one advantage with a single bladed folder like the sod buster Jr....the fact that it is single bladed is not a limitation but a super advantage in the way that it typically has a much more robust, thick blade that makes for a great hard use type of knife, my favorite type of pocket folder

Sodbuster Jr and Slimline Trapper are the best for me. Peanut is pretty handy too!

Owned the sodbuster jr. Mine is flourescent orange. Love it. Also the stockman. Mainly carry a gerbertool these days.
