Cashmere sweaters are fantastic—-so thin but warm! In cooler weather, I always wear a cashmere scarf to double as a blanket or wrap on the plane. Scarves are a game changer! Plus, they always take your outfit up a notch :)

Great ideas! I like the concept of picking a ‘color theme’ and then everything ‘goes’ with everything else. This current trip, I packed black jeans, black sweatpants and black leggings….black boots, and all my tops had some touch of black in them. The leggings are doubling as ‘long John’s’ here in MT. My scarf, sock cap and small crossbody bag are my pop of color. Easy, peasy! Love your suggestions! Happy Thanksgiving!

Denise from Germany but here in our house in Florida. Thank you for helping me with all your tips. We flew to Newark New York then to Orlando. We had no problems. We are now enjoying our vacation thanks to you. All the best.

Completely agree with your tip on saving space with toiletries/miscellaneous items by separating them into smaller flexible bags is very helpful to fill all the little spots in your bag. We only take a roll aboard and backpack each for a seven day cruise, and this helps cut down on the space needed.

You’re the best. Always learn something new or two or three new things - always. And for some reason, I forgot just how useful, comfortable and classy cashmere sweaters are.. easy to pack, warm and no bulk. . until you mentioned it so, thanks bunches. I Caught a great sale and treated myself to 8, different colors And styles. It was time to replenish because, I was down to two and they have to at least 8 years or more old. But, we
Know cashmere never goes out of style, it’s a timeless classic. And same thing about silk garments - can’t beat em. Silk will dress up anything. I haven’t traveled as much in last year or so but, I’m a seasoned traveler and, I promise you .. you are GOOD at what you do. Keep the videos coming. Your information is invaluable. So appreciate you. I’m now using packing cubes, replaced my carry on, got the rain/ wind braker jacket, got the “star “ waterproof sneakers at Walmart. You had me shopping like crazy.. it was fun but costly 😄 All good investments ( for my own convenience) so, its all good to invest in yourself) It’s good to be kind to yourself, life is so short & final. This isn’t a dress rehearsal . Like the old beer commercials used to say, “ Get All the gusto you can “. Looking forward to your next video.Again, you’re the best.

cashmere is so light and warm - but SO expensive. I wasn't able to afford cashmere until I was in my late 60's - and then I used a Lands End 50% discount coupon! I also use a merino wool tee shirt (men's V-neck) because I sweat SO much - with merino I don't get chilled when damp...

Laurie! I want to thank you for your kindness & for all your helpful tips. I finally found a roll-up cable & charger container. I also got the Travelon theft proof bag and so many more items you helpfully showed us. You truly are the best!!! (And please tell your son he looks so much better when he’s smiling than when he’s in the back seat covering his face🤣)

Great video. Validated what I have been doing for years. I'm a one suitcase gal. Underseat or 22" only. Also I have and use, whenever I travel, a similar drop all like the pink one in your photo. Love how it unsnaps and lays flat when packing. Keeps everything together, so I don't lose or leave anything behind. Happy Thanksgiving!

I use contact holders for over the counter meds for my every day purse and travel bag . Use perm. Marker to label and it is great space saver.

Getting ready for a month in Europe in 2 weeks! 3 days in London, 12 days in London then a 14 day Baltic cruise with 3 formal nights! Wish I could wear cashmere but it itches me! Using compression packing cubes and hope to pack in carry on! Love all your tips!

TFS. I just bought a black, thin, merino wool sweater for an upcoming trip. Not as luxe as cashmere, but very nice nonetheless. Thanks for tip about Lilisilk. TFS

As always, great tips!! Recently saw that my SILK pillowcases were wearing out and now, thx to u, I've found another brand and just put in my order! As for earrings, esp for someone that has 4 holes like me, STUDS (no worries about getting caught in the mask)!! Makes life so simple, and seriously, who r u trying to impress with your jewelry? ( if on vacay). I had a couple of alternative earrings on my last international trip (E. Africa) in 2019 but next yr, for the Amazon, I'm cutting back to 4 studs like I did on 2 domestic trips this yr. I've done a lot of travelling in my life, still a carryon only gal and believe me, less is more!

Hi! I'm Monika, from the Dominican Republic. Love to travel, and to travel with only a carry-on or a backpack. Love your tips!!

Totally agree with your tips. Cashmere is a great fabric, and is very warm, but can be worn in three seasons.. Pick a color scheme - and make sure every piece can be worn together, and only 2 pairs of shoes.  I also pack toiletries in smaller bags, day skincare, night skincare and makeup. I have very short hair, so don't need to pack a hair tools, and rely on the hotel dryer - as long as I have my good blowout brush and styling products. I also throw in a couple of velcro rollers to put in the crown of my hair while I'm getting ready. Hope you and your family have a great Thanksgiving!

I bought your sweater and I love it. It is so soft and living in Colorado I know I will get a lot of wear out of it plus trip to Germany in Dec.
