Im from philippines in the province of ifugao and i chew also and its good especially if the weather is cold.its make u warm and active.but you need to brush after coz it will make your teeth red.

I have a question if somebody can answer it. If you continuously take beetle nut, say for six years. Will it permanently stain your teeth? Like to the point, where brushing your teeth no matter how many times will not get it back to its original color white. The reason I’m asking this is because the mother of my child is from the Philippines. She would always say the reason her teeth are stained is because of the water in the Philippines. If you can help with an answer I will greatly appreciate it. Thank you.
