Old Klang Road has been very exciting lately after the announcement of the MRT route and guess what? It is located right next to the site of Gen Starz. What was already a superb connected location just levelled up further. This location has always been a favourite for locals due to its mature amenities such as malls, schools, offices and etc. The only setback would be the congestion of the Old Klang Road, which will restrict the accessibility of the project every time we come back.

In terms of design, I do enjoy the vibrant colours and facilities that are focusing on the younger buyers. Also, the flexible unit layouts are also very innovative. One type has the dual key ready setting where couples can rent out the smaller unit prior to setting up their family to compensate on monthly installment. The other type that allows resident to customise the internal partition is also amazing. These just allows more personalisation for their product.

Please be informed on the high amount of supply for this area, but that’s all to leverage on the connectivity and convenience of the address.

Additional thing to note:
1. If u wan to go Kuchai Lama or Puchong, u need to u-turn at Taman Desa junction (abit challenge during peak hrs)
2. If u wan to go project site from KL or Kuchai Lama, u need to go further and u-turn at Oug junction (unless u wan to illegal u-turn at Pearl Point junction, a AES camera is placed there and recently has upgraded to new AWAS camera which is come with 360 degree monitoring)
3. Dont forget about the bus lane implementation at OKR since last year, it is a nightmare during peak hours

They really won let go any piece of empty land thr to make money.Okr is already jam mad as it is, then add a bus lane summore. Idk how the ppl thr live during rush hours.

Pretty good location. Just the price is a little too high for me with the size given. Some more MRT3 is not actually linked to any major workplace or location. It is not entering the city centre. You have to change to MRT1 or MRT 2 train... Which if I am a tenant, I won't rent it if price not competitive... Even MRT3 for Bangsar South station also pretty far for working area..
