Показать описание
Time Aware Modeling is a powerful and expressive technique for defining and visualizing how models change over time. The technique allows different versions or states of a model to be created that represent how the model will change with the passage of time. This includes elements and features that are changed, deleted or added at a point in time. The technique works by allowing a modeler to clone a package, diagram or element in a model. When this is done the complex task of maintaining the relationships between previous versions is managed by Enterprise Architect.

Sparx, here is a marketing tip for you:

Educate people through tutorials to effectively use your product

you will create a loyal user base. Take for instance Microsoft,

they have videos to help developers learn their products.

USERS NEED TO GET A FEEL OF THE WORKFLOW IN THE TOOL, BY FOLOWING A STORY FROM START TO FINISH.
NOT SEE A DEMO OF ALREADY ENTERED DATA.

SOME TIME AGO I HAD RUN INTO A DEMO FOR A CD PLAYER, BUT IT WAS ONLY A DEMO OF ALREADY ENTERED DATA, STARTING FROM REQUIREMENTS.

I KNOW THE GAME YOU ARE PLAYING, hide functionality from users unless they pay consulting companies for training.

Do you think that you are effectively creating a user base that way ?

This is a powerful software, but SPARX wants their Consultants to cash in for users to learn how to effectively use it.

What a short sighted marketing strategy.
