Watching the "Kentucky Socialite" bride, all I could think about was the adage, "Money can't buy taste." Seeing the fur (or faux fur) jacket, the overdone makeup/injectables/implants, the way she and her family referred to themselves...it was very off-putting. Also, it's my understanding that the father of the Angolan bride (who is a Marxist) faced some political repercussions once the show aired.

I realize so many brides lose their mind over Pnina, but I much prefer Hayley Paige designs. Pnina gowns just seem like so much money for not a lot of style.
