By far one of the best algorithm recommendations from YouTube I've gotten. Thank you, Kent!

Howdy, Kent! 51yr old Texan here… Thanks to you, I overcame my fear of ruining a brisket. We recently invested in an electric pellet smoker; yes, it’s cheating to have the temp dialed in and maintained by technology, but, I’m OK with these training wheels that will allow me more cooking time. Life’s short, get to cooking outside! GOD BLESS you, your family and all those fur-babies! -Dave

Man do I love the aesthetic of cooking on a ranch. So old school and truly American!

I'm a 19 years old guy from Poland and a whole life is still ahead of me. It's not a mystery that I'm scared and stressed about things like finding a good job or choosing right university. I've started watching your videos few days ago and I have to say that you are my idol Mr. Rollins and watching your videos makes me feel good and peaceful while thinking about my future. Thank you for your work!

I have been the proud owner of a Pit Barrel Cooker for four years and cooked on it at least once every other week. I was surprised you don't use the steel rods to control temperature but then again, my smoked brisket never looked so good. Next time I'm trying to cook it your way.
As always, you and your lovely wife have done an outstanding job. Many thanks.

I just cooked the Brisket Friday 11-2-19 and there was nothing left!!!! I’m originally from Abilene Texas where my Dad taught us how to use wood instead of charcoal but live in Ft Worth now. Started watching Cowboy Kent a year ago and can’t stop taking lessons. Cowboy Kent you have a big fan in this Black Country Boy from West Tx keep the videos coming I’m watching and learning. Amen 🙏🏾 from your Country Kinfolk

My daddy worked on many a ranches in the Texas panhandle since he was 14 years old. I have lived on several growing up. I also married a ranching preacher who worked on some of the same ranches. I remember neighboring days and my mamma cooking for the hands and those who came to "neighbor" on round-ups. I don't think there was anything my mamma couldn't cook. She ran her kitchen and outdoor grills like a sargent! She made the best hot rolls, biscuits and whole wheat honey bread. I went on to culinary school, but I never forgot what she taught me. Her cooking was sampled by lots of my chef friends and they always walked away with some of her recipes and high praise for her cooking. lol

Kent I must commend you for working to find the puppy a new forever home. My wife Teresa volunteers every week at our local shelter. It is another good work you are doing. May God bless you and yours. Lee Gates

You just gained yet another level of my respect by doing right by that Pup. By announcing his need for adoption after y'all rescued him, you're giving him a special chance because you reach so many people.
And I'm always interested in our veterans. Hats off. Stand.
I believe that famous people have a responsibility to teach by example due to the influence y'all have upon so many. Well, not only do you stand up to the plate but you knock'em out of the park.
Bless you Kent and Shannon and The Beag ❤️❤️❤️
And thank YOU!!!

Hey Cowboy Kent and family. I haven't seen anyone since my Uncle's and other male family members cook the brisket - burnt - ends in years. The men would snatch up the meat pieces and talk about who can out cook the other. Thanks for the memories and good luck finding a good home for your new culinary sous chef. Take care.

Thanks for supporting the veterans. Pit barrel also honors veterans. I retired with over 20 years of service and my pit barrel says Air Force. Love it
