Short answer: No.
Long answer: Absolutely, definitely 100% not.

Michelle's "then we trip and die" scenarios made me laugh out of the sheer tragic likelihood. I can imagine reaching for something that looks tasty- trip and die- and turns out the thing wasn't edible at all.

A problem with the mushroom thing: they could absorb the radiation. There are fungi discovered in Chernobyl that are feeding on the loose radiation, so the fungi in the K-Pg might be doing the exact same thing.

One thing to consider is that there is going to be plenty of charcoal available for the purposes of filtering water through and when it comes down to it i am going to have the most awesome skull collection in my front yard and for the triceratops skull it would make the baddest arm/lounge chair

It's still so neat how we can pinpoint the season in which this event took place.

That intro was supreme tier, Kallie's voice was rich and full of story feel. Amazing read.

Read that as "Could you survive the K-Pop extinction?"

Relying on "what other mammals eat" is risky. We have very different metabolisms to other animals. Onions, grapes and cocoa are poisonous to many animals, but not to us.

This was absolutely gripping—makes you realize how tiny and fragile life is in the face of cosmic events. Amazing storytelling and visuals!

32:47 "Also, we gotta eat their livers, too"
With fava beans and a nice Chianti, I would presume.

I love all the beginning monologues of your series so much! I would seriously pay to have a series of these monologues with each one lasting about an hour. Would listen to these all day long

If you brought back a relatively fresh dinosaur bone, the DNA in it might be salvageable!

You say “let me die”, but once you’re starving, escargot is going to be your new favorite food 😂
