He'll at least they're getting overtime my company you can put in a 50 hour week and you'll get paid for 32 or 38 or whatever what they feel they want to and have the rest of the hours roll over on the next week without the OT. Turns out my company is not the only one that's doing this I found another company and two temp agencies that are pulling this shit
