Have had both knees replaced 9 months apart. Had to have surgery due to arthritis and painful to walk or bend legs. The surgery goes fine but the physical therapy is tough and painful for about 4 weeks. Even afterward working getting the knee to bend fully is ongoing for a while. I'm now out walking and doing everything normally. Some people fail due to those 1st 4/5 tough weeks which is sad because they don't fully recover due to whimping out.

I recently had my knee replaced on November 18. Just a few more physical therapy appointments left to go!
