Can you run wether compensation and a load compensation together

At 18c the heat pump lowers it's flow temperature not ramp it up! Why on earth would you need extra heat in the system if it's 18c outside?
If it's -1c outside then that is when what you have set on the curve starts to raise the flow temperature.

You need to remove that +10°c offset. It makes you WC pointless.
