HOW LOWE'S WARRANTY PROTECTION PLAN WORKS. SHOULD YOU BUY A WARRANTY ON YOUR APPLIANCES OR NOT?

I didn't have a good experience with the warranty. I went to the store with the equipment and the receipt, and the person who helped me gave me a paper to call the number and try to solve the problem. So I called the number and they told me to go to the store with the equipment and the receipt. I went back to the store and no one had any idea how to get my money back. That's why I prefer to buy from Home Depot.

Yup cause mine broke after 2 yrs smh. They are not building for longevity like they use to.

Lowe’s is a good store. I shop there all the time. Lowe’s Protection Plan, provided by a third party provider, definitely a rip off, if the sales people tell customer how long it would take to repair a major appliance, or the amount of time and effort needed. Nobody in their right mind would buy it. Just my experience from using them. Never again.

What about getting the run around from Lowe's on the day they delivered, and you haven't even used the product yet? It's a simple fix I can repair myself, but don't want to void warranty.

The extended warranty USED to be good. Now you just get the run around at the store and when you call cooperate office.

Don't buy it. Samsung Smart dryer error code HC warranty won't fix it want to buy out my warranty it sucks
