I am able to access Netflix US from India by changing my primary and secondary DNS servers to the IP addresses provided by Smart DNS Proxy [ India - 169.38.73.5 & Singapore - 54.255.130.140] on my Laptop. However I only watch movies/shows on my Nvidia Shield TV. Though I could see editable tabs of DNS 1 and DNS 2 on Network Settings of Nvidia Shield, I couldn't figure a way to change them.

I would however prefer to change the DNS configuration on my router, which will also change the DNS servers of Nvidia Shield automatically (Please note, Nvidia Shield has a chromecast built-in, if that matters?). My router is Technicolor model - TC7200 d1.I. When I requested my ISP (Hathway Broadband) to change the networks settings on the router, they merely changed it to Static IP and advised me to change the router DNS IPs config on my own.

Could you please guide me in either changing the DNS config on my router or Nvidia Shield?
