After your last shifter post I went out and messed with mine. Extended my stock MGW threaded rods and readjusted the shifter with the Jig they give you. So much better now. Just waiting for a few heat cycles for the LiquiMoly to work itself in with a few longer drives.

What about painting it? Would it take a special paint due to being rubber?

If you want to take it off, is the adhesive so strong that it will peel off the paint?

Have you seen the new Redline Goods Smaller Diameter Steering Wheel for the C5? Looks pretty interesting, im planning to go with it at some point.

Question do the insulation help with the heat from the c5 torque tube tunnel?? I know a lot of heat and noise comes from this area

There are universal lip spoilers sold for ~$16 which you can find in the correct length or cut to fit; I don't see why this is worth $100 (no longer $60).
