HOW TO: MAKE SWEDISH MEATBALLS

Hi friends
Juicy flavor-packed meatballs in that classic rich and creamy Swedish meatball sauce.
It makes such a great comforting dinner served with mashed potato and of course some lingonberry jam

Ingredients

For the meatballs:
1/2 lb (250 g) beef mince,
1/2 lb (250 g) pork mince
2 tbsp butter
1 onion, finely chopped
1/2 cup milk
1 eggs
1/2 cup breadcrumbs
1/3 teaspoon white pepper
1/3 teaspoon ground allspice
1/4 teaspoon salt

For the sauce:
2 tbsp butter
1 tbsp flour
2 cups beef broth
1 cup cream
salt and pepper to taste
