I got a blue yeti pro mic and it is damaged. Randall B (Blue Microphones) in Blue Customer Service Team has promised a refund but now there is no one replying after almost two months. Poor Customer Service!

It would be helpful if you could leave the "Rap-Crap-Out" When a new person would like to request the information needed to make sure the "Mic" purchased and appears to have issues with the "Mic, Could see or talk with a tech for help??? My "Mic" only says "Blue". I contacted Micro Soft, and they referred me to a company in India, it appeared everything was working before we stared, after they were able to connect and confirm everything is working, , after the test my Mic had a blinking yellow circle when i turned the mic on, before that it would be solid green, off would be solid red, Now after all of the tests and they said it's all good and working. Now I plug in the mic, all it does is have a blinking yellow circle, when I push the button for on it has a short blinking green then goes back to a blinking yellow or the same with the red and back to blinking yellow, Do I have a "Mic-Issue"??
