This week we discuss one of the most audacious goals in the history of humanity.

Bryan Johnson is a modern-day explorer who has dedicated significant resources over the last few years to arresting—and possibly even reversing—his biological age.

Despite my initial skepticism, Bryan’s mission emerges as humanitarian. Amid critical press, I urge you to approach this one with discernment as Bryan delves into longevity science with emotional depth.

It’s crazy how so many people here feel the need to force their beliefs on others, as if it’s impossible that this guy is truly happy doing his thing. Live and let live.

"No man can have a peaceful life who thinks too much about lengthening it" -Seneca.

Not accepting death is an obstacle towards truly living.

This was one of the best conversations in a while, I really appreciated Rich’s insight that the seeking of extended life may tie back to Brian’s former religion’s promise, and it’s now-present gap!

We can learn a great deal more about life quality and quantity, thanks to Bryan. I wonder whether others invest equivalent or even more time, money, and effort to achieve immortality. If so, how do their regimines compare?

The idea of living forever...What a horrible addiction to be enslaved to. You cannot spell belief without a lie in the middle.

It pisses me off how horrible people are about this man. His ideas are out there and a bit wild yes but people can’t look outside their frame of reference and get so defensive. He’s clearly a very gentle guy.

Just finished reading The One Body Problem, which is a very good read, however, the whole quest for eternal life is ridiculous. Why fight the inevitable? Now, if we're talking increasing healthspan, that's another story. Truth is we will get old or die before that happens.

Amazing interview- by far the best yet ❤🚀 Overlook the nonsense comments… they don’t know what they are talking about.

He’s basically “the hero” character out of ‘I am Virgo’. Beyond parody

I'm all for living a long, healthy and fulfilling life, but to become immortal? No thank you.

“The only thing I believe in is that I don’t want to die” what a lonely narcissistic existence.

Is it just me who doesn’t find Brian’s story interesting? He’s not slowing the aging process. He’s just living a healthy lifestyle to live longer. What’s so unique or interesting about that?

He is taking Follistatin, a body builder, but has many bad side effects...promotes certain cancers, and heart failure. Would u take it? I sure wouldn't!

Imagine the good he could do for others with that money and his “skills and knowledge”.
A gilded cage is still a cage. Even for a narcissist.
And That hair line and coloring will not last forever.

Thinking you’re not going to die is delusional
