Capture cards for pcs are ridiculously overrated these days, unless you earn a shit tonne of money as a streamer just use your gpus video encoders if you have a modern gpu, and if you dint have a modern gpu then why in the eff are you wasting money on a capture card, same thing goes for console users, if your using a console why are you wasting money on a capture card
