Drone crash leaves 7-year-old boy needing heart surgery

A holiday drone show takes a horrific turn as one of the drones crashed into a 7-year-old boy. The child ended up needing heart surgery after the incident took place at a shopping center in Orlando, Florida.

I haven't seen a drone up close, but I have experience with rc planes and those blades can cut your fingers off.

Doesn't matter: fact is, things happen, people can get hurt. And everyone takes these risks daily - some take far more 'risk' than others. If you find contentment in a simple, beautiful life, most of these threats won't prevail.

Hopefully the FAA investigation can reveal some helpful info on what went wrong! These drone shows are as prevalent as fireworks, and we all know how safe fireworks are!
