In this video we will go through:

Toggle snapping using: SHIFT + TAB.
Change snapping location: CTRL + SHIFT + TAB.
Useful for beginners is snapping to a grid and enabling Absolute Grid Snap.

I hope this helps you if you are new to Blender.

Welcome to an absolutely fantastic program!

I'm trying to snap Dodecagon tiles I made together. They don't behave while snapping. I'm just not understanding what point of the objectis trying to snap to what point of the object I am trying to get to side faces of the tiles to touch perfectly.

I've paid for and have been reviewing your Blender Udemy Course. Its a lot of material, and the titles for the videos don't always explain the little tricks you cover in the videos. Is there a video in the lessons sections that specifically would help me snapping non-Cube 3D Tiles to eachother not using the grid (As the grid doesn't work with much other than squares and cubes.
