I have a2005 Saab 97x w the 5.3. Yours comes out so easy. I don’t think mine does but looks similar is there a trick to removing it?

Thank you. so much. wanted to ask something. what about if the plastic rubber hose has a small tear. mine has one. now im having a exhaust leak. and other problems. like maf sensor. and someone pass the computer press hard in the gas pedal my truck started to smoke out of the motor side close to the pcv pipe do you think is related to the small tear in the plastic hose.

Where is the location of pcv valve in 4.2 engine?

I try to pull my Pcv and only the hose come out, the valve stay in the engine and I can’t pull it out

You should definitely specify that this is on a 5.3 only. the 4.2 has an internal PCV built into the valve cover. It’s non serviceable
