I only rely on Chinese technology when ordering fresh moon rocks and dust. I ordered some from NASA on Dec. 20, 1972 (for Christmas presents) and I haven't received any yet. Since I got tired of waiting, in Nov. 2020, I ordered some from the Chinese space agency (CBSA) and received them by Christmas (too late for my kids but my great-grandkids are happy).

The fact of the matter is where are the US C-17 to be deployed from where. The answer is from US homeland to Pacific east region is 10, 000 km away. The Chinese Y-20 from their homebases to Eastern Sea targets in 1, 000 km. Thus, Y-20 can fly back and forth a number of trips vs C-17 to fly 1 time. LoL.

I’m sure that the Chinese answer to the C17 is impressive. Why wouldn’t it, because Boeing (one of our largest and most important defense contractors) has factories in Communist China, teaching our enemy how to build aircraft. Even though they are building civilian aircraft, there is so much of the technology that can be used for military purposes. These scoundrels in the United States Congress will agree to anything when corporate lobbyists dole out cash for their campaigns. The Chinese military harasses American and allied military that are in international waters in the South China Sea. The Chinese military sees the United States as their enemy.

Y20 has super critical structure wing while C17 has none becos it design is much earlier. Y20 has higher cargo height compare to C17.

It's obvious a C-17 in my opinion is superior. It's a war machine in the sense of it carrying war vehicles and supplies. It also offers the ability to get penetrated by a boom and refilled in mid-air so that could be considered unlimited range. I find the C-17 much better in my opinion.

No need to compare, since C17 is no longer in production. Maybe US will replace them in next 30 years, nobody knows.

Of course US Air Force is better as USA had been at War up to this current time. USA air froce had done millions of bombings and transported billions of ton amory . Chinese Fighter and Bomber had yet to fire, bomb anything nor had a kill .

C-17 has customers in U.S., U.K., Canada, Australia, Qatar, UAE, Kuwait, India.
Y-20 is only used by PRC.
Even though C-17 has been out of production since 2015 it has no competition.
