In my case the heeled shoe (Rom. 4's) was crucial. Without it i just couldn't hit depth no matter what i did. Not the case for some/most people but for me it definitely was, they also help with bench stability if you bench heels down. Decided to watch all of these, what an enormous amount of information in so compact format!💯
