I think you are underestimating how many people are going to flat out boycott both Aquaman 2, due to the AH factor, and the Flash because of how problematic Miller has been. This has been compounded by DC's questionable decision to stand by AH and Miller while parting ways with an adored actor like Henry Cavill.

I’m pretty sure John Wick 4 is going to crack at least 600 million. The films looks incredible, and it generated a ton of buzz online with it’s trailers.

I feel with the success of top gun maverick and tom cruise appeal, mission impossible could def go top 3 next year if it's promoted as one of the last ones and is really good as this franchise just keeps getting bigger. That said Furious X will almost 100% be #1 as it's part 1 of the finale and people still love the family meme and will wanna see how things end.
