I don't think it's appropriate to say this as most of the interview panel take it on ego. She is not confident, she is overconfident.

U can ask like how is appraisal cycle works. Which grading system they work on appraisals and promotions etc questions can be asked

Stop promoting unnecessarly expectations on candidates please. If actual skills alone mattred 70% of these people wouldn't get hired and rest of us with actual role relavant skill will have the job. This is why like 70% of twitter was let go and its still up.

Sis. With due respect I guess you should give interview first. No offence. But in India, where majority of the job profiles are either tier 1 and tier 2. It barely matters. All they are looking is your technical skills and their budget to afford. That's it. No fancy stuff and extra phrases are needed. Infact they are not even interested in these things.

I am saying this after coming too many of your videos/shorts/reels. Though I am not saying that this is not good thing, but this is something which recruiters can very easily ignore or pass by.

What matters is, how well your technical rounds went. That's it.
