I love the acting. Luigi just rushes forward and grabs the boss's tongue, and I can assume Mario was all “What're you doing?!” but Luigi is all “Trust me, Bro! Look over there!” and Mario immediately helps him.

Considering how creative Luigi's mind has been shown to be (All the Dream Luigi forms and moves), it's a great development of his character to have him gain the courage to put forward his ideas IRL. ^w^

Mario is the fearless and straight forward brother. He asks no questions and jumps first.

Luigi may be too scared to make the first move but his irregular emotions can give him a push. Luigi looks for a way to get out of the dangerous situation and ends up being more aware of his surroundings and opponents weakpoints!

They are Brawn and Brain. Become bros to be best, beating the bad guys and all the rest!
