Jacob Collier - Dancing Queen feat. Alita Moses (Live in Stockholm)

Ballad #60, July 16th 2022 - 15 minutes before stage time in Stockholm, I asked Alita if she wanted to sing this ABBA with me. She had never sung the song before (in fact, neither of us had!) but she agreed, and moments later we improvised this rendition on stage, entirely unrehearsed. It is a mammoth testament to Alita’s unparalleled musicianship that she ruled this hard. The audience choir turned up 1000% to help us out :)

I love how at 4:13 he releases that the crowd started singing the melody! It was probably the best concert that I’ve ever been to! Had a girl standing next to me in the crowd that sang some incredible harmonies throughout the show :)

At 4:46 Alita adds a vibrato after she hears Jacob's unexpectedly melodramatic chord. Knowing the whole thing wasn't rehearsed, this is (IMHO) the top moment of this performance.
