Ma'am according to NCERT - The milk is heated to about 70 degree celcius for 15 to 30 sec and then suddenly chilled and stored. Called PASTEURISATION

There is a very tiny mistake in this video. In pasteurization milk is heated to about 70 degree Celsius not 700 degree Celsius.
Other wise the explanation is great mam, you cleared my all doubts😊
