It was so nice to hear him say it was more important to save a life then climb a mountain!, the fact of him giving all the people involved credit, also. He sounds like an all around good guy!! A very good ending!!

I ran into polish climbers on desert towers in moab, in the alpine above chamonix, sport climbing in bavaria... and they were All stellar people. Beasts when it comes to climbing, respectful, kind and friendly in their demeanor, always super fun to hang around and share some beers. Man he got lucky that poles were around! What an interview!! Much love to all the badass polish climbers.❤

I’m an intensive care Doctor and this reaffirmed my teaching and that is to never give up on your resuscitation until the patient‘s body has been rewarmed to normal.
It’s amazing how our body can survive in hypothermic conditions.
Woow, what a save !

what an unbelievable rescue.. I cant imagine how it feels when you are; in your mind recovering a dead body. but then you find the person is alive.. and suddenly all the energy changes. As a person living near Himalayas..I can confirm that being alive for 3 days in that condition is just unreal... I know some travelers who could not even survived at a much lower altitude.. I don't know what it was, his body, health, gear or Luck.. But its insane he survived that...Thanks to all the team members who were involved in this miraculous effort....Huge Respect..

This just goes to show how many people it took in total to, in their minds, perform a body recovery (turned into a rescue).
Add to that the necessary equipment and a chopper.
All of their lives were in great danger the entire time, including the pilot's!
Incredible!❤

New here, , truly amazing! I worked for Collet tree service. I did Fred's safety line 30 years. And to pull a man up dead weight with couple guys is insane hard. These guys amazing. God bless those heroes

Oh gosh I can only imagine how many others have fallen in a crevasse and survived but had to die slow and alone. He was so lucky these guys were on the mountain.

Adam seems like the guy you want to come if your in trouble, he risked his life for another and didnt speak on it until he was home and healed. Thats a stand up guy. i also find it awesome how hes geekin out over his ul rope setup.

Wow! Blew my socks off with this interview, Thom! So moving, the moment when Adam realized that Anurag was breathing! Amazing how everything came together, the failed attempt of a new route, the 70 metre rope! Heroic! Can't wait to hear the interview with Anurag himself!

It was great to hear about this incredible story from Adam himself. Mountaineering spirit and skill at its finest with these two (Mariusz and Adam). Can't wait for the next interview with Anurag.

Just freaking unbelievable. To even go down that hole in the first place speaks volumes about these two guys characters. Heroic! This guy Anurag would have been frozen for eternity under the snow if not for these guys. Freaking miracle
