What I REALLY Think Of Honkai Star Rail

Here's a code to get some Stellar Jade and credits - HSRVER10JYTGHC 🙂 | I had a lot of good things to say but some cons (if you consider them cons) is the combat if youre not into turn based, its not open world, story is great BUT starts off confusing, a lot of grinding BUT its more friendly than Genshin, and lastly....YOU CANT JUMP 😦 Otherwise, this game is great and off to an awesome start. The fact it's so mobile friendly is honestly just so nice. It makes logging in for dailies easier on busy days, and I can autobattle farm while doing dishes or something, and be able to monitor what's going on. It gives more freedom than needing a computer/console for it to run well.

What I also like is that in combat there is the fast forward function and auto functions
Pros: It is faster to speedrun enemies
Cons: For Auto once you have your ult it will auto use it
Sometimes we want to keep the ult and not waste it to small enemies and use it on elite enemies, and sometimes we might misused and waste our ult

For those who have never played Honkai Impact 3rd, The Open world in that game is basically just much bigger stages which is more or less exactly like star rails worlds, the only difference is star rails worlds/areas are bigger without question. That said I love that they took HI3's "Open world" and implemented it in star rail soo damn good

All of my favorite games are turn based RPGs and honestly, I’m so easy to please with games that I could just play sim universe for hours. That said, I’m really into the story of this game and I’m excited for the next bit of story to open up. This model works really well for me personally since I tend to fall off of long games. I’ve dumped hundreds of hours into Octopath, Dragon Quest XI, and Persona 5 R, but I’ve never beaten them, just got about 80% through. So if you, dear reader, have a similar experience, this game rocks and you should play (f2p btw)

I really like how it being smaller than Genshin means they can put a lot of effort in the details. I also like the writing a lot, specially for the MC, it feels like they have their own personality…focus around their love for trash XD

it's so pleasant to play and discover the plot, new characters...I like this gacha a lot. Plus with the FF vibes...just perfect!

As someone who loves the Persona series, Star Rail is amazing. I went in with zero expectations and was blown away by the story, the locations, battle system and the music. The music is hands down, one of the best ost's I have ever heard. I really, really like how more expressive the MC is and how they can be pure chaotic neutral if you so choose. It feels really refreshing compared to how silent Lumine/Aether are.

For me personally, I prefer GI because of the open world exploration and the more complex combat system as I definitely prefer that over the turn based in HSR and rather limited map movement, though I will say the advantage of the autopilot feature for the combat is really useful because I can literally do my work as I'm grinding for materials, relics and etc.

Though being as objective as possible, I wouldn't say GI>HSR or HSR>GI because it's literally comparing Apples to Oranges and what each of us prefer.

Though how I see it, it's basically another game I can add to the list of games I enjoy playing which makes it a win-win.

I did finished all the trailblaze mission and all the quests and honesty, playing everyday make me feel bored like there is nothing I can do to just farming my characters and play 'forgotten hall - spiral abyss kinda'

As a genshin player, very happy that hsr got infinite stamina, but cons you cannot jump, I was so addicted to jumping bc I thot the caharcters will glide😂

The open world was great!! Im happy that the amount of treasure chest count that u found is at the top left corner, it is beneficial for everyone to search for such a close area rather than wide area

Cons are alot of enemies, high level enemies and yeah 😊

This game managed to pull my dad into the hoyoverse. HSR managed to get my dad excited to play a game and do the training. He work a 12 hours shift at 42.

ive been enjoying the turn based combat more than i expected! it actually ends up making the combat more intense for me, the stakes feel a lot higher when you can see the enemy's turn ticking closer and closer

HSR is a really good game and as you said, it's really easy to NOT spend money on the game. it's also a good alternative to balance with genshin when you want to change a bit of playstyle but staying in a hoyo game, it's also an awesome start for a game and it is really generous

I love how the character's acting here is so rich, even how their eye and face is more expressive. also the humor here is so good, im a veteran turn based gamer since im a fan of Legend of heroes, definitely I loved this game, but my luck here is so salty since I got Jin yuan at 80 pulls in guaranteed and lost at the light cone, imagine losing at 75% but Im still loving it~~ and now Im a Trailblazer 46 and my Genshin is AR60 since im a player 1.0

I love Star Rail. I play both Genshin and Star Rail daily.
I have not progressed the story of World 2 yet, especially with Tears of the Kingdom right now, eating up my game time.
I do the dailies though, collect materials, leveling up my characters. Gotta keep the Stellar Jade income going.
