One of your phrases seemed to me to capture the essential point of the concept of both Heaven and Hell: morally accountable.

I'd say after being passed away for a few years now he wishes he didn't believe the way he did ..now it's to late . As for the rest of us we still have a chance for ever lasting life ..ask and ye shall receive ..God Bless You All

A scientist stating something that is not proven by science, is the same thing they accuse Christians of doing. Believing in a belief.

It takes a tragedy to hear a nonbeliever to cry out “Oh, God”.

It always confused me how an astrophysicist, seeing how bizarre the universe is, refuses to believe that a supernatural world could exist.

As a Christian, if I’m wrong, I’ve lost nothing. If I’m right, I’ve gained everything.

Best argument against evolution is Love - does it exist? Evolution says its "about me" - love says "its about others - even to my own hurt".

Well I'm sure they've found out they were wrong by now! They weren't as intelligent as they thought.

I don't know what I would do without my relationship with Jesus. He is real. All His teaching is true! In John 17 Jesus told his disciples he is preparing a place for believers. Yes! Both heaven and hell are a reality. Jesus actually talks more about hell than heaven.

Had a heart attack back in college which technically killed me. When I was dead, I did see an afterlife, but it was different from how most describe it. I appeared in a large dark space, a faint visible fog lingering on the ground obscuring the floor, felt like marble or something, flat, smooth, and cold. The air was clear and calm, but there was a faint warm breeze. I followed it to a strange wall with a gate. Although it looked bright, the space where I was was still very dark. I fell to my knees as the gate opened, a being wrapped in light standing at its gate. My body began to itch and turned to ash and dust as I fell to my knees, like a hardened statue. They approached me and it felt like my body was burning. But then they reached for one of my ashen hand, the ash and dust crumbling away to reveal my arm, but it was much smaller. They grasped my hand and pulled me up, my old form crumbling as I was brought close in an embrace, appearing as a young form of myself as their warmth filled me. They carried me across the threshold into the light and set me down. I turned and saw that my ashen body had reformed and was still kneeling there, starring at me. I looked up at the figure, I could barely make out a comforting, welcoming, fatherly face and back to the body which seemed to be weeping outside. He rested his hand on my shoulder and the gate opened once more as he gestured for me to go ahead. I walked up to my body and embraced it, as it wrapped around me and I became one once more. The las thing I saw was the being waving to me before I came back to life. When I opened my eyes, I was in the pew of my college’s church where I had my heart attack but everyone had already left and it was darker out. My body was stiff, cold and clamy, covered in a cold sweat, my skin was pale (i’m quite tan normally), and the finger tips somewhat purple. Above all though I found myself gasping for air as if my lungs had been completely emptied out. It was a terrifying experience coming back, but what I saw on the other side was comforting, seeing that there is some form of continuity to our lives after death.

Stephen Hawking whose books I've read. Is a prime example of somebody with intelligence and no wisdom.

One thing for sure - he definitely now knows that God is real.

Here’s a curious question: *Will schools, college, scientists, etc will drop scientific evolution studies because history shows Darwinism inspired racist ideas/eugenics of Social Darwinism?*

John Lennox destroyed Hawking’s evolutionary theories years ago . He certainly knows the truth now doesn’t he 😉
