The soundtrack of this movie was everything, I got chills throughout.

Being a musician, I thought very deeply about the soundtrack and how it expressed the changes Arthur was going through. It starts dark, chilling, and as he find deeper meaning in his purpose it gets brighter, louder, mors expressed. Then, at the very end you notice his joy (the stair scene with the hey song) you see that Arthur has forgotten about his past. He is no longer Arthur, he is only joker. This was his story, his destiny, and he has finally reached true happiness.

This is strangely relaxing, when knowing that this song is the start of his slow descent into insanity.

I actually got teary eyed on this scene, yeah I know of all scenes in this movie. But I could feel his pain and in that moment he had to get some where to have that moment of silence. Knowing that things are about to change...their is a storm coming.

I love how this changes drastically from very easy harmonics and melody to more complex chords, it makes me feel uneasy while still being beutiful and relatable. Amazing song and much better on piano too!

It ended when he entered this bathroom, in that moment he gave in to the hopelessness of his existence.
