i used it about 5 minutes AND watched this video and was convinced not to use it....not user friendly

You should have an option (excuse the pun) that allows users to select for automomatic closure of expired options. It's far, far, too complicated to have to go back and painstakingly open each spread and then enter a bogus buy or sell order for each individual leg. It defeats the whole point of paying a subscription to an automated/snyced program like TraderSync. Might as well just create a manual spreadsheet....
